The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal services in the field of collection of municipal waste from the area of the Nowa Ruda Municipality and its management in an authorized installation for the treatment of municipal waste from property owners:
inhabited waste, including the following types of waste: non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and segregated municipal waste (separately collected), i.e.: paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, bio-waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste;
uninhabited waste including the following types of waste: non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and segregated municipal waste (separately collected), i.e. paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste and bio-waste.

The subject of the contract also includes the provision of municipal services in the field of municipal waste collection and management in an authorized installation for the treatment of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), which is located in Nowa Ruda at 45C Niepodległości Street, 57 – 400 Nowa Ruda, to which each resident of the Nowa Ruda Municipality can deliver municipal waste including paper on their own, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste and bio-waste, as well as hazardous waste, expired medicines and chemicals, waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking injectable medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, waste batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, used tires, construction and demolition waste, and textile and clothing waste.
In addition, the subject of the contract includes emptying street bins located in the Nowa Ruda Commune, equipping all inhabited properties with containers for non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and glass, and removing waste from places not intended for their storage or storage.
