The subject of the framework contract: The Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Unemployment Insurance Fund or the contracting authority) wants to switch from the current version of the economic and personnel accounting software MS Dynamics NAV 2017 to a newer version called Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (hereinafter referred to as BC) and its development and maintenance works from 2018. Also, until the transition to BC, the development, maintenance and support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 will be provided. The volume of development and maintenance work of the framework contract is expected to be a maximum of 8,000 working hours. The framework contract lasts for 36 calendar months from the moment of signing or until the expected volume of development and maintenance of the framework contract is reached, depending on which condition arrives earlier.
