The design, supply and installation of Modular Building Custody Units at Coatbridge, Motherwell and Clydebank police offices together with the refurbishment of the existing custody suites. 3Nr modular buildings will provide a total of 33Nr additional cells with associated shower and washing facilities. The works include foundations for the modular building custody units, underground drainage, electrical and mechanical services to the modular building custody units, the necessary internal alterations to the three police offices to accommodate the extensions and internal reorganisations together with the installation of CCTV, fire and other alarm systems. It is anticipated that the works will be undertaken in 3 phases.
