The subject of the contract is the supply of gas and distribution services for the facilities of the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune.

The contracting authority, as part of the public procurement procedure, acts pursuant to Article 37(2) of the PPL Act on behalf of and for the benefit of the organizational units of the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Commune indicated in the documentation of the procedure.

2. The subject of the contract is The subject of the contract is a comprehensive delivery of

covering the sale and provision of natural gas distribution services to the Municipality, and

Organizational units in the facilities of the Contracting Authority listed in Annex 1a price form to the specification of the terms of the contract.
