This is an allotted framework agreement concluded for an initial period from its notification to 31 December 2024. It may be tacitly renewed 3 times for a period of 1 year, but this period may not exceed 31 December 2027.A grouping of orders has been signed between the City of Pontarlier and the Community of Municipalities of Grand Pontarlier.The Framework Agreement with purchase orders and maximum value is awarded in an open call for tenders in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2124-2, R2124-2 1° and R2161-2 to R2161-5.
