The contract is concluded for a period of two years from the day following the date of notification of the award of the contract (no earlier than 5 December 2023), and may be repeated once two years.
The supplies are intended for all departments and services of the University and must be delivered in perfect condition, free of all costs for any order exceeding EUR 50.00 excluding VAT (unless improvement proposed by the tenderer, listed in the award criteria see point I.10), in the various premises of the university buildings as specified in the technical clauses described and reported in the third part of this special specification of the Loads.
The market is divided into two lots:
Lot 1: Office supplies, paper and catering;
Lot 2: Computer consumables
