The subject of the contract is the Modernization of street lighting in the city of Hrubieszów and the construction of street lighting at Armii Krajowej Street and Ogrodowa Street.
"Modernization of street lighting in the city of Hrubieszów"1) preparation of technical documentation in the field of modernization of street lighting in the city of Hrubieszów
2) delivery and replacement of street lighting fixtures with energy-saving LEDsuccuine mortar approx. 1285 pcs.
3) delivery and replacement of park lighting fixtures with energy-saving LED type, a complete luminaire of approx. 38 pcs.
4) delivery and installation of architectural floodlightsok61pcs

6) replacement of street lighting control cabinets approx. 45 pcs. equipped with a capacitive reactive power compensation system. The power factor tgφ of the electricity consumed for the upgraded lighting network throughout the lighting period is to comply with the requirements of the distribution network operator in order not to exceed the contractual reactive energy consumption
7) replacement of control clocks approx. 54 pcs. with the possibility of programming them via Bluetooth
8) replacement of selected booms for lighting fixtures on power poles of the overhead line along with replacement of wires in boomsok.32pcs
9) replacement of current terminals and overcurrent protection for lamps installed on overhead lines
10) cleaning and protection with chlorinated rubber paint of steel poles requiring maintenance work color from the RALok palette.53pcs

13) delivery and commissioning of the street lighting management system, training of an employee of the Hrubieszów City Hall in the operation of the system, handing over the tablet 1 pc. with installed applications required to control lighting
14) activation of control in the form of programmed variable power profiles (5 profiles) (110 pcs.) lighting at communication routes with the highest traffic intensity and power profile for installed luminaires
15) checking the technical condition of the street lighting installation
16) selection of luminaires with LED light sources in a way that guarantees the highest technical and functional parameters based on the minimum technical parameters defined in Annex 1adoSWZ
17) preparation of an executive project for the replacement of existing lamps with modernized lamps and design of new network equipment
18) positioning of all new luminaires individually with the use of devices that allow to indicate the maximum light of the installed luminaire in the area of the road axis and preparation of a calibration report
19) implementation of technical conditions issued by PGE DystrybucjaS.A.RE Tomaszów Lub. in the scope of elevation of street lighting control systems from station switchgear to SOU cabinets specified in Annex No. 1a to the DOSWZ
20) implementation of technical conditions issued by the Conservator of Monuments specified in Appendix No. 1adoSWZ
21) conducting a geodetic inventory of modernized free-standing street lighting control cabinets in the event of a change in their location along with an inventory of the cable line to the extent necessary to power the SOU cabinet
22) disposal of dismantling materials owned by the Municipality, the Investor reserves the right to indicate any number of dismantled lighting fixtures to be transferred to the Investor's warehouse;
23) dismantled materials owned by PGE Dystrybucja S.A. should be handed over undamaged to the WAREHOUSE OF RE Tomaszów Lub.
24) preparation of as-built documentation, including geoinformatics inventory integrated with GoogleMaps maps;
25) delivery of dedicated geolocation software enabling inventory and ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the condition of the lighting infrastructure, the minimum requirements of which are defined in Annex 1adoSWZ;
26) implementation of projects of temporary traffic organization with its temporary introduction;
27) Costs related to the admission to work of devices on the property of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. shall be borne by the Contractor of the task
"Construction of street lighting at Armii Krajowej Street and Ogrodowa Street"-"Construction of street lighting at Armii Krajowej Street and Ogrodowa Street" including:
1) construction of a 0.4kV cable line of street lighting with a length of approx. 835m;
2) construction of a street lighting control cabinet 1 pc.;
3) construction of street lighting lanterns placed on prefabricated foundations of 22 pcs.;
4) installation of LED street lighting fixtures 22 pcs.;
5) measurements of installed power and something φ for all modernized lighting circuits;
6) preparation of as-built documentation, including geoinformatics inventory integrated with Google Maps maps;
7) implementation of projects of temporary traffic organization with its temporary introduction;
8) Costs related to admission to work on devices owned by PGE Dystrybucja S.A. shall be borne by the Contractor of the task.
