Description:

This invitation to tender is aimed at supplying and installing security equipment in the aforementioned buildings in the fields of access control, intrusion detection, CCTV and remote management. All proposed equipment must meet the functional, technical, norms and standards criteria, as described in the technical annexes to the specifications.

The services to be provided involve (non-exhaustive list):

— supply of access control equipment, supervision of which is currently provided by Nedap control modules (AEPU and interfaces) which are themselves managed by the same manufacturer's AEOS application. This may involve, for example, badge readers, panic buttons, electromagnetic locking systems, security gates, biometric readers, standby battery systems, etc. and the corresponding control interfaces,

— installation of this equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements,

— configuration/programming of command and control interfaces,

— supply of intrusion detection equipment to be integrated into the same infrastructure (e.g.: magnetic security contacts, radars, infrared barriers, access control keypads, etc.),

— wiring for the aforementioned equipment,

— configuration of controllers and installation tests,

— supply of TCP/IP-based analogue and digital CCTV equipment,

— CAT6 network equipment cabling,

— configuration, settings and advice on the use of CCTV equipment,

— devising remote management screens based on the aforementioned installations.

In accordance with Article 134(1)(f) and (3) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 of 29.10.2012 on the rules of application of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union, the contracting authority may use the negotiated procedure for awarding contracts consisting in the repetition of services similar to those entrusted to the economic operator awarded the initial contract. This procedure can only be applied during the performance of the initial contract and for a maximum period of 3 years following contract signature.
