The purpose of the service contract is the monthly provision of electronic meal vouchers to the staff of the Port of Brussels and, optionally, the occasional provision of electronic gift vouchers.
The mission includes:
- The creation of meal voucher accounts (and, where applicable, gift certificates) on which the nominal value can be deposited for the benefit of staff members;
- The processing of orders and monthly charging of the accounts of the staff members employed by the Port of Brussels;
- Issuing/creation and delivery of magnetic cards;
- Issuing, creating and providing new cards in case of loss;
- Free notification by SMS and/or message generated on the mobile phone of the beneficiaries of the checks via an ad hoc application (recharge, expiration, remaining balance);
- Provision of an application for smart phones allowing to see in real time the evolution of the check wallet by the beneficiary.
- The security measures provided in case of lost/stolen card (card shutdown, PIN code, etc.)
The contract is concluded for a period of 4 years beginning on October 1, 2022, ending on September 30, 2026.
