This contract is a service provision contract which revolves around two components:

1) operation of the call number 116 006;

2) material organization of the telephone platform necessary for this activity.

1) operation of the call number 116 006;

2) material organization of the telephone platform necessary for this activity.

It also includes the following ancillary services:

— entering and updating the identification elements of partner processing structures (in a document called 'useful address book');

— development of call statistics;

— setting up a voice server, the point of entry for calls received by the platform;

— implementation, outside of opening hours, of an interactive voicemail offering the possibility of leaving a message and presenting the platform's call number on 116 006;

— setting up a voice server in case of a call spike;

— e-mail box dedicated to victims who would like to contact the service via this tool belonging to the Ministry of Justice and used to guide victims.

This service must be able to extend throughout France, including overseas territories.
