The subject of this Order is the implementation of construction works and execution of the executive project and the implementation of construction works for the development of railway traffic control equipment, railway equipment telecommunications networks on the Tychy section — podg. The Vistula Bridge under the project “Works on basic passenger trains (E 30 and E 65) in Silesia, stage I: line E65 on Tychy section — Vistula Bridge”.

The subject of this Order is the implementation of construction works and execution of the executive project and the implementation of construction works for the development of railway traffic control equipment, railway equipment telecommunications networks on the Tychy section — podg. Vistula Bridge within the framework of the project “Works on basic passenger strings (E 30 and E 65) in Silesia, stage I: line E65 on Tychy — Bridge Wisła section” together with the provision of Warranty Services - constituting together the basic scope of the contract and the optional provision of non-warranty services as defined in Chapter 6 of the PFU (VOLUME IIIA and VOLUME IIIB) — Option Law 1 (Part C), as well as the optional implementation of the benefits referred to in Chapter 7 of the PFU (VOLUME IIIA) 'Projected Interface Changes' — Option Law 2, collectively constituting the optional scope of the contract.
