The City of Kouvola is asking for a tender for asphalting work as a unit-priced total contract.

The procurement includes, for example, asphalting work on streets, parking lots and yards, including resurfacing work and repair work related to municipal engineering.

The agreement covers the year 2023 and the acquisition includes options for 2024 and 2025.

The procurement will be carried out as a unit-priced total contract in accordance with the procurement documents.

The following contracting entities shall use the procurement:

- Housing and environment of the city of Kouvola, and

- City of Kouvola Facilities Services

Contracting entities which may, at their discretion, make

Procurements within the framework of this procurement include:

- KSS Construction Ltd

- Kouvolan Vesi Oy and

- Kymen Vesi Oy in work in the area of the city of Kouvola.

Oys make their own procurement decisions and procurement agreements.

Asphalt prices are tied to the bitumen price index at the time of the offer.
