The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collecting and managing municipal waste from property owners from the Skała commune, and a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK). The collection and management of municipal waste should be carried out in such a way as to achieve adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill

The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collecting and managing municipal waste from property owners from the Skała commune, and a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK). Collection and management of municipal waste should be carried out in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with:  the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended).
