The contract to be tendered is defined as follows: the delivery, full implementation, maintenance, technical management and support for the use of a SaaS SIS for VISTA college. VISTA wishes to purchase a future-proof SIS and reserves the right to be able to purchase (currently not available) new modules within this assignment.
The implementation will also include the implementation of all interfaces with surrounding applications. Management is organized on the basis of an SLA (Service Level Agreement) to be concluded with the Contractor.
A planning and scheduling module is in any case outside the scope. The administrative impact of this (presence and absence, BPV registration and supervision) does fall within the scope. The administrative impact of an ELO (not being the ELO of the Contractor) in the form of results and observations is also within the scope.
The scope of the assignment is 14,000 funded students (counting date 1.10.2019 DUO). The expectation is that this number will decrease in the coming years.
