The consultation concerns the rental of street sweepers and a hot water cleaning vehicle with suction. The consultation is divided into 4 batches. Economic operators will be able to bid for one or more lots. Each lot will give rise to the conclusion of a simple single-award contract

The service includes: - the rental of a NEW street sweeper of 5 to 6 m3 - the general maintenance, maintenance and mine of the street sweeper- the loan of an equivalent sweeper in the event of immobilization of the rented sweeper for more than 48 hoursThe sweeper will be used approximately 120 to 150 hours per month. The contract was awarded at fixed prices. These are firm and can be updated according to the conditions listed in the C.C.P. The contract shall take effect on the date of receipt of the notification by the contractor. It is concluded for an initial execution period of 60 months from 01/06/2024. The contract is awarded with only one (1) economic operator. It will be executed in one go by issuing a single purchase order for the entire service. The start date of the service corresponds to the date of delivery of the sweeper. The delivery of the sweeper must take place on June 03, 2024 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. The service will have a duration of sixty (60) months from the delivery of the sweeper, i.e. from June 03, 2024 to May 31, 2029

The service includes:- the seasonal rental of a 2 m3 street sweeper (for 4 months each year) for approximately 130 to 170 hours of use per month- the general maintenance, maintenance and the passage to mines of the street sweeper- the loan of an equivalent sweeper in the event of immobilization of the rented sweeper for more than 48 hoursThe contract has been awarded at fixed prices. These are firm and can be updated according to the conditions listed in the C.C.P. The contract shall take effect on the date of receipt of the notification by the contractor. It is concluded for an initial period of execution from 18/09/2024 until 31/05/2029.The contract is awarded with only one (1) economic operator. It will be executed by issuing a purchase order for each annual service. The start date of the performance of the service corresponds to the date of delivery of the sweeper requested by the buyer. The delivery of the sweeper must take place every year during the seasonal period from April to September. Delivery times will be between 08:00 and 12:00. The service will have an execution period of 4 months each year from the delivery of the sweeper

The service includes:- the seasonal rental of the hot water cleaner vehicle with suction (1 month each year) for approximately 120 to 150 hours of use per month- the general maintenance, maintenance and the passage to the mines of the hot water cleaner vehicle with re-suction- the loan of an equivalent vehicle in the event of immobilization of the rented sweeper for more than 48 hoursThe contract has been made at fixed prices. These are firm and can be updated according to the conditions listed in the C.C.P. The contract shall take effect on the date of receipt of the notification by the contractor. It is concluded for an initial period of execution from 01/06/2024 until 31/05/2029.The contract is awarded with only one (1) economic operator. It will be executed by issuing a purchase order for each annual service. The start date of the performance of the service corresponds to the date of delivery of the sweeper requested by the buyer. The start date of the service corresponds to the date of delivery of the cleaning vehicle requested by the buyer. The delivery of the cleaning vehicle will take place every year from April 1st to April 30th (the exact dates will be adapted according to the working days). Delivery times will be between 08:00 and 12:00. The service will have an execution period of 1 month each year from the delivery of the sweeper
