The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in collection, transport

and management of municipal waste from real estate on which residents live in the municipality of Rzgów (single-family and multi-family), the area of real estate owned by the Municipality of Rzgów, the Selective Waste Collection Point and from pharmacy points located in the municipality of Rzgów in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of municipal waste biodegradable submitted for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) and implementing acts, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Voivodeship and the provisions of local law valid during the performance of the contract.

in particular: specifying the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Rzgów.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste within a period of 12 months, coming from real estate on which residents live and from tern real estate owned by the municipality of Rzgów, Łódź East District, Łódź Voivodeship. Area of the municipality: 66.32 km2. The number of inhabitants declared to the system according to data as at 5.05.2022. -10 412 people. Number of properties inhabited 4 040.

1) The estimated amount of waste to be collected and managed from inhabited properties - approx. 360,000 Mg per month, which gives 4,320,000 Mg during the term of the contract (including non-segregated waste and separately collected waste). Number of inhabited properties 4 040 pcs.

2) The estimated amount of waste to be collected and transported from the area of real estate owned by the Municipality of Rzgów - approx. 15,000 Mg per month, which gives 180,000 Mg during the term of the contract (non-segregated municipal waste). Number of properties covered by the order - 18 pcs.
