The Contracting Authority has invited tenderers to submit tenders for travel agency services. The service includes ordering of plane tickets, hotels, rental vehicles, trains and consultancy services when employees travel individually and in groups on official journeys. Other relevant related services are also included in the procurement.

The Contracting Authority must have the possibility of selecting freely amongst airlines, hotel chains, rental car companies, etc. If the Contracting Authority has signed individual contract, these must be handled in the offered web-based online ordering system. This applies to both current and future contracts.

The use of credit cards related to the payment of travel is only available to a limited selection of employees, so billing must be offered.

The procurement comprises only official travel, and must not be used in connection with employee leisure travel.

It is not possible to attach a benefit card to the employee's profile to earn points. Any benefit card must be connected to the individual municipality/company.
