The purpose of this contract is to treat household waste collected in the Pays d'Ancenis for the needs of the Communauté de Communes du Pays d'Ancenis (Compa) by energy recovery.

This contract is a lump sum price contract. Award criteria: - costs of services assessed in the light of the sub-criteria set out in the CR: 60%; - technical merit assessed in view of the quality of the technical brief and in the light of the sub-criteria set out in the CR: 40%
