Winter maintenace on roads and open spaces in Kongsvinger Municipality.

The procurement is for winter maintenance (snow ploughing, snow clearing, gritting, and other winter maintenance work) on municipal roads, parking areas, areas by municipal nurseries, schools, and institutions in Kongsvinger Municipality. The contract will involve the hire of machinery with drivers to carry out this maintenance. See Annex 2 Requirements Specification for a comprehensive description of the procurement.

One contract will be awarded per area. The tender documentation refers to 9 areas. Tenders can be submitted for one, several, or all areas. Only one sub-contract has been set up in Mercell, 'Tender Submission'. This is done so that tenderers submitting tenders for multiple areas can make this process more efficient as documents and annexes (such as the qualification requirements, tender letter, requirements specification and the tender and price sheet), to be answered by the tenderers is structured in a way that gives the tenderers sufficient instructions about how to deal with the lots and thereby can deliver everything combined under the lot ‘Tender submission’.
