The Trier Region Waste Management Association A.R.T. is currently constructing a new operating and administration building on the site of the Waste Management and Recycling Centre (EVZ) Mertesdorf.

The new building is designed in such a way that, in addition to the administration area, there is also a workshop area, social/changing areas and storage facilities.

These areas are divided into four floors (ground floor, first mezzanine, second mezzanine

and upper floor) with a total of 5,129m2 GFA.

The aim of A.R.T. is to create a progressively functional, high-quality and sustainable working environment. In addition, above-average demands are placed on sustainability and environmental protection.

The electrical power supply comes from the new energy centre, which is not the subject of this tender.

The interface is the connection terminals in the low-voltage main distribution board.

The supply line from the new energy centre will be supplied and installed by the external contractor.

The supply line for the PV system to the energy centre is also supplied and installed by the external trade.
