The subject of the contract is the implementation in the "design and build" system of the order entitled: "Construction of a road connection between the city of Krosno and the S19 expressway - stage II".

The subject of the contract is the implementation in the "design and build" system of the order entitled: "Construction of a road connection between the city of Krosno and the S19 expressway - stage II". The investment will be implemented in two stages: 1) stage I: – design – preparation of complete design and cost estimation documentation for the construction of the road connection between the city of Krosno and the S19 expressway – stage II in the scope consistent with the requirements set out in the functional and utility program and obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of the road investment (ZRiD) with the rigor of immediate feasibility and other decisions required by law, necessary to perform construction works, 2) stage II: – execution on the basis of the above-mentioned documentation of construction works in the scope including: a) implementation of works on the basis of design and cost estimation documentation approved by the Ordering Party and the competent body of architectural and construction administration and in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge, and then handing over the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party, b) exercising author's supervision during the period of construction works on the basis of the developed design documentation, c) ensuring during the performance of the contract, in accordance with applicable law, the decision of the permit for the implementation of the road investment (ZRiD), the participation of appropriate staff, including the construction manager, works managers of individual industries and others if necessary; d) preparation of as-built documentation for the completed investment and obtaining an occupancy permit on behalf of the Ordering Party. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 95 of the PPL Act and Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code, requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing the following activities in the scope of the contract performance: performing physical works related to construction works, in particular works: in the performance of excavations, embankments, substructures, bituminous surfaces, Paving.
