The agreement consists mainly of:

a. mowing B and C waterways;

b. activities within the framework of the Nature Conservation Act;

c. the application of traffic measures;

d. the provision of workers and equipment.

The locations where the work must be carried out are within the municipal boundaries of the municipality of Deurne (in the cores of Deurne, Vlierden, Liessel, Helenaveen and Neerkant). The scope of the assignment is such that the entire work is still feasible for regular wage or cultural SMEs. The contract shall not be divided into lots. One provider is selected and one agreement is concluded.

The agreement is entered into for a period of at least 2 years and a maximum of 6 years. The effective date of the agreement is November 1, 2022.
