This contract covers:
- the supply of the necessary foodstuffs for the preparation of all the meals of the residents of the different sites of the institution with the exception of drinks not necessary for the preparation of meals on the basis of a fixed cost per food day,
- the supply of extra food on the basis of a fixed cost per item,
- the supply of consumables and other small materials necessary for cooking in the preparation of meals on the basis of a fixed cost per item,
- The accompaniment of the kitchen team: establishment of menus, supervision, training, etc.
- the provision of software allowing the management of menus in Central kitchen, orders, production sheets, detailed cost tracking, distribution (internal delivery notes), etc.
