Fingal County Council invites expressions of interest under a Competitive Dialogue (negotiated) procedure for the full outsourcing of the management, operation and promotion of golf courses at 2 locations (Elmgreen and Corballis) in County Dublin. The Contract will provide for the full outsourcing of all operations of both clubs. The main requirements will include:

— The Full Management of all aspects the Courses

— Operations at both courses

— Maintenance of both courses
