Renovation of the outdoor facilities

As part of the "Kanadaring" redevelopment area, Wohnbau Lahr is renovating the residential buildings and outdoor facilities north of the Kanadaring road in Lahr. In this context, an overarching concept for the outdoor facilities was created, of which in this tender the outdoor facilities of the buildings Kanadaring section 1 house 71.73 and house 75.77; Section 2 House 63.65 and House 67.69.

On the property of the residential building, the complete outdoor facilities are redesigned. For this purpose, the existing installations, traffic routes, green areas and canals will be dismantled. The tree population is preserved. The new access roads will be created as close as possible to the existing asphalt access roads.

As part of the measure, garbage enclosures and new playgrounds will also be built. All paths are illuminated by pole lights and in addition the garbage enclosures receive a power connection.

Furthermore, the canals (rain, mixed and waste water) on the property will be renovated. In addition, the existing escape tunnel shaft of the former barracks building will be dismantled, filled and covered over the surface. In the area of the already dismantled shafts, collisions can occur during the relaying of drainage pipes for roof drainage (rain downpipes).

Vegetation engineering work is being carried out on the entire site.
