Performances Birmingham Limited (PBL) proposes to appoint a service provider to provide Cleaning Services to Birmingham Town Hall and Symphony Hall Birmingham effective from 2.4.2018 for a term of 3 years, ending 1.4.2021.

The services to be covered by this contract will include:

1. Regular building cleaning (office, front and back of house);

2. Janitorial services;

3. Glazing and external door cleaning;

4. Carpet cleaning;

5. Wash-room equipment rental and services;

6. Consumable supply.
