Procurement For All Ltd is a consortium of Registered Providers seeking expressions of interest from suitably interested and qualified Service Providers who can undertake the installation, renewal, upgrading, period inspection, servicing, testing and maintenance of electrical wiring to current (and revised as appropriate) British Standards to domestic areas to tender for a position on a framework agreement under which contracts will be let to Service Providers within the framework for the provision of all or part of these works and the like to social dwellings, sheltered schemes and supported and special needs housing in properties owned or managed by the individual members (including future members) of the Procurement For All consortium.

Procurement For All is a growing consortium of Registered Providers with housing stock widely distributed across England and Wales. Subject to the framework proceeding, each Consortia member may subsequently tender through a mini competition between the framework Service Providers and enter into individual Contracts with successful Service Providers for a period up to 4 years (full details will be provided at mini competition stage defined by each member) subject to an annual performance review. The Service Providers will be required to provide a customer focused service and show a commitment to providing an effective service that provides value for money to the Employer's and their customers whether tenants or leaseholders. Service Providers will be required to enter into a partnering contract.

Procurement For All are interested in Service Providers who can provide national and regional coverage. The estimated cost of the works are an estimated forecast only and individual contracts may be split into lower value to reflect the works. Procurement For All does not guarantee any works or the value of the works in relation to this notice.

Procurement For All and its present and future members reserve the right to withdraw from this procurement procedure at any time. Bidders are to be responsible for the costs and expenses they incur as a result of participating in this procurement procedure.

The figures provided are estimated excluding VAT.

The lots are divided as follows:

Lot A - Small works - value up to GBP 150,000 per annum.

Lot B - Medium works - value up to GBP 350,000 per annum.

Lot C - Large works - value above GBP 350,000 per annum.
