1) The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of printing / copying in color and black and white mode, in A4 and A3 format on 48 network MFPs with follow-up printing support.

2) The service includes the delivery of devices by the Contractor, their service along with the replacement of consumables (not applicable to paper), including toners.

3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference,

4) The list of places and the number of printouts can be found in Annex 2 to the Terms of Reference.

5) The forecasted quantities given in the table contained in the Offer are forecast values. These values are indicated only for the purpose of selecting the most advantageous offer by the Contracting entity and do not constitute the Ordering Party's obligation towards the Contractor. The Ordering Party guarantees the performance of the contract at the level of min. 70% of the copies specified in the documentation of the proceedings.

1. The subject of the contract is: a comprehensive printing service on 48 multifunctional devices provided by the contractor, including service and replacement of consumables, in color/black and white, in A4 and A3 format, together with follow-up printing, installed in the locations specified in this Annex.

2. The price for the service will be included in the price of a single page of A4 printout in color and black and white mode. Remark! A printout in A3 format should be counted by the contractor as two copies in A4 format, taking into account the colour/black and white option.

The price should include all costs related to the implementation of the service, i.e. operation of the equipment, its wear, consumption of consumables (not applicable to paper), service and repair costs, etc. The Ordering Party shall not bear other costs than the price of 1 page of printout in proportion to their quantity.

3. The devices will be delivered and installed at the expense of the Contractor, for the duration of the contract.

4. The Contractor undertakes to maintain technical efficiency and carry out all necessary repairs and technical inspections of the delivered devices, as well as the collection of used consumables at the time of their replacement with new ones.

5. In particular, the subject of the contract shall cover the following scope:

1) Delivery, installation, connection to the network and commissioning of multifunctional devices (network parameters will be entered by the Ordering Party) - 48 devices delivered up to 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

2) Devices delivered by the Contractor must meet the minimum parameters contained in point 7 and provide the following functions:

- color/mono printouts from the web,

- scanning to e-mail,

- color/mono copying,

- follow-up printout (receipt of printouts by entering a PIN code),

3) Supply and replacement of consumables (except paper) on an ongoing basis, ensuring uninterrupted operation of devices. The cost of consumables (including the cost of their delivery) shall be covered by the Contractor. Replaced parts and consumables must guarantee good quality of created documents (printouts with good contrast, with a clean white background without dirt, correct color reproduction).

4) Performing inspections and repairs necessary to ensure the proper functioning of devices and maintaining good print quality, as well as replacement of damaged and worn parts and consumables that cause malfunction of devices. Inspections must include all operations necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment. Inspections and replacement of parts and consumables must be carried out in such a way as to ensure the continuity of equipment operation.
