The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood and tourism, to be performed in the Kwidzyn Forest District in the forests of Waplewom Mikołajki and Trzciano, in 2023. The order is divided into three parts - packages. Planned start date - from the conclusion of the contract to the end of the contract - 31.12.2023.
Package I – forestry TrzcianoThe subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and tourism, to be performed in the Kwidzyn Forest District, in 2023. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
