"Activation centre" for employable beneficiaries at the Schleswig location - measure for activation and professional integration in accordance with § 16 para. 1 sentence 2 no. 2 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 para. 1 sentence 1 nos. 1 and 3 SGB III

Pursuant to § 16.1 sentence 2 no. 2 of the Second Book of the Code of Social Law, persons of working age may be offered benefits for activation and professional integration. The measure pursuant to § 16.1 sentence 2 of the Second Book of the Code of Social Law in conjunction with § 45.1 sentence 1 nos. 1 and 3 of the Third Book of the Code of Social Law is intended to take account of the claim to the law.

The Jobcenter Schleswig-Flensburg strives for its customers according to the above-mentioned legal basis for a measure for activation and professional integration.

Based on the "fa:z Model – Funding Approach: Goal", all customers are to be supported according to their allocation in the resource areas relevant to this measure.
