Stage 1 of the project includes the construction of the extension of Hornslet School. The development includes new construction located at Hornslet Hallen, totalling approx. 4500 m² as well as exterior works, paving, planting and fixtures and fittings and an option for approx. 60 m² conversion of the existing entrance area.

The new extension will accommodate secondary school corresponding to grades 6-9 in 5 tracks, youth environment and multi-purpose hall.

Syddjurs Municipality wishes to enter into a main contract agreement for the construction of the extension of Hornslet School.

The Agreement contains all the works related to the construction and consists in the main points of the following:

- Construction of approx. 4500 m² of school building for secondary school students corresponding to grades 6-9 in 5 tracks.

- Option for approx. 60 m² conversion of existing entrance area to Hornslet Hallen.

- Staff areas and multi-hall

- Construction of outdoor areas, including facades

The execution period is expected to be approximately 17 months.
