Framework Agreement for the assignment of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions pursuant to art. 12, paragraph 2, letters a) and b) and paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree no. 98/2011, as converted by Law 111/2011, aimed, where possible, also at the recovery of the internal spaces of state-owned buildings in order to reduce passive leases, as well as at the energy requalification of buildings in use by the State Administrations, including those directly managed and financed by the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Defense and the Court of Auditors on properties in use by them, as well as the maintenance interventions managed by the Agenzia del Demanio, included in the territory of competence of the Veneto Regional Directorate, commissioned through individual contracts.
