Strategic acquisition of the City of Turku requests bids from the City of Turku, Leedo

Food supply for the municipality, Masku municipality, Naantali, Sauvo and Taivassalo

In the following subsets:

1. Fruits, vegetables, root vegetables and potatoes

2. Milk and milk products

3. Meat and meat products

4. Frozen foods and ready meals

5. Dry products, preserves, spices, sauces, etc.

6. Fresh bread.

The contract period is from 1.6.2020 (target) to 31.07.2022, after which the contract can be renewed by original decision of the subscriber from 1.8.2022 to 31.1.2024.

An early market dialogue on the acquisition has been held on September 4, 2019 as a webinar. In addition, the acquisition was accompanied by an early stage market dialogue on plant proteins on 26.11.2019. Early market dialogues have been announced in advance at Hilma. A request for information on the acquisition has also been made on 12.12.2019.

Contracts for the acquisition are made by subdivision. 1 vendor is selected for each sub-entity.

1 subscriber will get the fruits, vegetables, roots and potatoes they need. See Appendix Product and Price List for details.

Out of the 2 units, the subscriber will obtain the milk and dairy products they need. See Appendix Product and Price List for details.

Out of the 3 units, the customer will obtain the meat and meat products they need. See Appendix Product and Price List for details.

5 subscribers will purchase the required dry products, canned food, sauces, spices, etc. For more information, see the Product and Price List appendix.

Of the sub-set, 7 subscribers will get the fresh bread they need. See Appendix Product and Price List for details.

Out of the 4 units, the subscriber will get the frozen products and ready meals they need. See Appendix Product and Price List for details.
