The Open Netherlands Foundation currently has its own helpdesk (in writing/via self-service portal) for the test streets, event organizers and industry organizations, and also has help from an external party who supports the contact with citizens about the process of testing takes care. Because the contract with the current service provider ends, Stichting Open Nederland is looking for again a contact center through this tender that can initially provide telephone contact with citizens.
