The subject of the contract is the modernization of the environment of tape libraries - NFZ headquarters.

1. The subject of the contract is the Modernization of the environment of tape libraries - NFZ Headquarters.

2. The subject of the contract concerning the Modernization of the tape libraries subsystem has been divided into two Lots, each of the Lots comprising:

1) Part 1: Modernization of tape libraries – NFZ Headquarters;

2) Part 2: Purchase of tape library – Świętokrzyski OW NFZ.

Each of the Parts of the contract will be the subject of a separate procurement procedure.

3. The present public procurement procedure has not been divided into lots (concerning Lot 1 described above). The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial bids to be submitted.

4. The description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the Specification.

5. The manner of performance of the contract is specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 2 to the Specification.

6. The estimated value of the subject of the contract, including Part 1, Part 2, is PLN 747,109.50 net.
