Blanket Warrant
The procurement is a joint procurement that is coordinated by the communication and external department at the city management office. Eligible administrations, companies and foundations are set out in the draft agreement under point 2.1.4.
End of tenders
SLK does not have the opportunity to consider a tender that is late.
The tender must be submitted to the service administration no later than 2019-04-29

The tender must be binding 6 months after the last tender date.

Packaging must not be charged. The items in this agreement must be available individually, in a box or other packaging unit. The supplier should not use more packaging than necessary. Cartons and plastic must be adapted to each package.
Packaging packaging shall consist of product packaging and transport packaging. These should together protect the goods from moisture, dust and other contaminants as well as damage.
The transport packaging must be complete and clean upon delivery to the customer. Packaging must be functional and in accordance with the applicable standard:
Inner and outer packaging should be whole, clean, easy to open.
Inner and outer packaging that is intended to be resealed must be easy to seal.
Inner and outer packaging should not add any foreign substances to the product.
All disposable packaging must be recyclable. Inner and outer packaging of food must comply with EU directives and must be approved in accordance with the Swedish Food Agency's requirements.
Labeling of packaged foods shall take place in accordance with LIVSFS 2004: 27 including amendments.
Do not use more packaging than necessary.
