The six defences Erlabrunn, Harrbach, Steinbach, Rothenfels, Faulbach and Freudenberg on the Main federal waterway have exceeded their theoretical useful life and technical problems are increasingly occurring. These six plants are planned in parallel by WNA Aschaffenburg and fully repaired at the same time or with a short offset of approximately one year (solid construction, steel construction, hydraulic steel construction, communications engineering, electrical engineering, control engineering, mechanical engineering) in order to bring them to a durable and operationally reliable state and a further theoretical useful life of 100 years. Underground explorations and combat equipment eviction are carried out at the same time.

The subject of the contract is consulting and planning services for the coordination of safety and health protection in accordance with the construction site ordinance during the planning and execution of the construction project.

During the planning of execution: Coordination of SIGE concerns between all participants involved in technical planning and organizational planning in accordance with § 2 BaustellV, in particular by working towards cooperation and constant exchange of information on safety related issues in the form of security meetings and protocols.

During the execution of the construction project: coordination of the concerns of occupational safety and health protection between all parties involved in technical and organizational planning as well as the companies operating on the construction site simultaneously or in succession in accordance with § 3 BaustellV, in particular through ongoing monitoring of the Compliance with the respective SIGE plan and construction site regulations.
