For a period of two years from 01.10.2023 to 30.09.2025, the Ennepe-Ruhr district has to award security services in a framework agreement for various office buildings in the Ennepe-Ruhr district (Job Center, Road Traffic Offices and Foreigners' Registration Office).

The maximum purchase quantity of this framework agreement is limited to the respective estimated purchase quantity in hours plus 20%. The estimates or maximum quantities are as follows: Lot 1 - 6,650 hrs/year or .max 7,980 hrs/year; Lot 2 - 12,625 hrs/year or .max 15,150 hrs/year.

An extension of the contract is possible until 30.06.2026, but no later than 30.09.2027 (extension options).

Among other things, provision of security staff to monitor and inspect the office buildings and ensure the protection and safety of employees as well as customers/visitors at the locations:

- Administrative Branch Office (Job Center/Foreigners' Registration Office) Schwelm (Rheinische Straße 41, 58332 Schwelm)

- Registration Office Schwelm (Hattinger Straße 2a, 58332 Schwelm)

Among other things, provision of security staff to monitor and inspect the office buildings and ensure the protection and safety of employees as well as customers/visitors at the locations:

- Admissions Office Witten (Wittener Straße 100, 58456 Witten)

- Jobcenter Youth Employment Agency (Schlachthofstr. 27, 58455 Witten) – optional, i.e. there is no obligation to call within the framework agreement

- Jobcenter Regionalstelle Witten (Holzkampstraße 7b, 58453 Witten)

- Jobcenter Regional Office Hattingen (Hüttenstraße 45, 45527 Hattingen)

- Jobcenter Regionalstelle Wetter (Bismarckstraße 7, 58300 Wetter)
