The University Medical Center Göttingen (UMG) would like to accompany citizens throughout the entire treatment path - from the first symptoms of the disease to the follow-up treatment. For this purpose, a digital health portal for patients, referring physicians and other service providers is to be introduced, in which the KHZG requirements from FTB 2 will be implemented. For holistic support of intra- and intersectoral diagnostic and therapeutic processes, a powerful, standardized interoperability platform is needed in a first step. On this basis, a health portal is to be set up for targeted and needs-oriented communication with patients, relatives and referring physicians. In addition to meeting legal requirements, the portal is intended to achieve greater patient orientation, process improvements and greater support for employees.
