Consultation launched by a group of orders composed of the following members: city of Ambarès-et-Lagrave, city of Taillan-Médoc, city of Bordeaux. Coordinator of the group of orders: Bordeaux Métropole. This contract concerns the execution by the holder of various works of all State Corps in the form of acrobatic works. In this context the holder can be requested on: buildings under construction; existing buildings requiring repairs; planned maintenance of existing buildings. There is no provision for batch decomposition, as the use of the allotment may render the performance of services technically difficult. The tender procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the code of the public order.

Type of contract: framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum or maximum. Award of a single market. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 1 year. Estimated amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement: EUR 480 000,00.
