Child daycare services. The Authority has the requirement within British Forces Germany for a 3 year Contract for the provision of a non-residential annual Summer Youth Activity programme for children aged between 5 and 10 years of age during the summer holidays. The programme shall run on the following dates:

22 July – 31.8.2013

16 July – 30.8.2014

15 July – 29.8.2015

Provision shall be in 4 principal centres across Northern Germany, in Gutersloh, Paderborn, Hohne and Rhine Garrison. The Contractor shall supply 21 counsellors plus 1 experienced and proven project director. All staff shall speak fluent English and shall be Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked or equivalent dependent on country. The Contractor shall be required to put together weekly programmes that focus on the development of the child.
