1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity, in accordance with the applicable regulations, the quality standards of the PE Act and the implementing rules.
2. A detailed list of the Contracting Authority, together with the assigned PPE points and the detailed volume, i.e. the description of the object of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ — Description of the subject of the contract.
3. The forecast electricity consumption indicated in the SWZ is indicative and may deviate from the amount of energy actually collected, during the duration of the contract. The reduction in the amount of energy taken does not entail any consequences for the Contracting Authority (customers), other than the need to pay for the energy actually collected according to the rates set out in the contract.
Supply of electricity for selected institutes of the Łukasiewicz Research Network — Part 11. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity, in accordance with the applicable regulations, the quality standards of the PE Act and the implementing rules.
2. A detailed list of the Contracting Authority, together with the assigned PPE points and the detailed volume, i.e. the description of the object of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ — Description of the object of the order — Sheet 1 (for Part 1).
Estimated, in the range of Part 1 — basic volume: 55,813,56423 MWh. The Contracting Authority provides for an option right of 20%.

The reduction in the amount of energy taken does not entail any consequences for the Contracting Authority (customers), other than the need to pay for the energy actually collected according to the rates set out in the contract.
4. This order does not cover the provision of electricity distribution services.
5. The Contractor shall be obliged to act as the entity responsible for commercial balancing for electricity sold under the subject of the contract.
6. The Contractor is obliged to hold contracts in force throughout the period of implementation of this contract with the selected operators of the DSO distribution system indicated in the scope of Part 1.
Supply of electricity for selected institutes of the Łukasiewicz Research Network — Part 21. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity, in accordance with the applicable regulations, the quality standards of the PE Act and the implementing rules.
2. A detailed list of the Contracting Authority, together with the assigned PPE points and the detailed volume, i.e. the description of the object of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ — Description of the object of the order — Sheet 2 (for Part 2).
Estimated in the range of Part 2 — basic volume: 620 MWh. The Contracting Authority provides for an option right of 20%.
