On 1 February 2022, the ESF project "Capacity Building Local Partnerships" started, in which various organisations (VVSG, VDAB, the city of Antwerp and the city of Ghent) will work together with the aim of setting up locally built sustainable, open and learning partnerships by 2024 that roll out a joint service to inactive and vulnerable job seekers with complex problems from a systemic approach.

Within this Assignment we are explicitly looking for a consortium in which the knowledge and expertise that is needed to support, train and independent the employees of the Capacity Building project are collected and who can, where necessary, take on the coaching role in the local partnerships themselves.

For this we are looking for knowledge and expertise around:

• forming open and learning partnerships and/or organisational networks;

• learning to work together in partnerships;

• learning to learn from work through systems thinking;

• embedding user participation in the operation;

• facilitating the project team of the Capacity Building project in their governance;

• evaluation and (impact) measurement.
