The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest protection, fire protection, logging and logging and maintenance of roads, parking lots, hunting and meadow farming, to be carried out in the Młynary Forest District in 2020
The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as road and parking maintenance to be carried out in the Młynary Forest District in 2019.
The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as maintenance of roads and parking lots, resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of Annex 3.1. - size of works according to activities, Annex 3.2. - difficulty zones and logging distances and Annex 3.3 - timber harvesting system.
A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3, respectively. The material ranges are listed in Annexes 3.1.-3.3. are estimates, 3.5. The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract involving the acquisition and logging of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended)
