The acquisition is subject to maintenance and basic cleaning services on properties owned by the Espoo Parish Group.

The acquisition consists of the following subdivisions:

1. Maintenance of the Espoo Parish Group real estate

2. Window washing (exceeding 180cm in height and washed by means of handicrafts or hoist) in Espoo Parish Group properties

3. Maintenance and basic cleaning services ordered separately as needed

The contract is valid 11/2021-12/2023 (+ 2 option years).

The number of service users may vary during the contract period of operation and

according to the change of offices. Changes may be affected by the activity of the summer period,

renovations, termination of operations, etc. Due to changes, supplies must be able to

suspend for an agreed period or cancel completely. Of all the changes

negotiated and agreed with the subscriber individually on a case-by-case basis.

Maintenance and basic cleaning services are subject to the subscriber's property stock.

Maintenance cleaning is acquired for cemeteries properties at a quality level in accordance with the service descriptions and in addition to other premises of the group as required. Basic cleaning is acquired as needed in parish churches, chapels and camp centres, e.g. washing of hard-to-wash windows and basic cleaning of premises.

The benchmark criterion for tenders in areas containing maintenance cleaning items is the fixed monthly price for cleaning items with the quality specified in the service descriptions.

Comparison criteria for basic cleaning tasks are unit price comparison according to specified data (tasks).

Comparison of tenders uses the cheapest price as a selection criterion since the essential quality factors have been comprehensively taken into account in the description and specifications of the object of the acquisition and the minimum requirements for the acquisition.

This acquisition may offer either one, several or all subdivisions and the supplier may be selected as the operator of one, several or all subdivisions.

The premises must always have the necessary number of personnel so that the cleaning can be carried out according to the description of the service and the quality corresponds to the purchase of the service.

We require that, the service provider be responsible for staff training,

familiarization with destinations and the cleaning service provided. Personnel who

clean up, should be skilled and familiar with maintenance cleaning.

Less often, the time of periodic work and basic cleaning is agreed separately with the subscriber. Any additional cleaning needs should be notified by the service provider if you notice them.

Annex 11 provides a burden-sharing table

The vendor does not have an exclusive right to perform the services and the subscriber does not have

a quantity obligation.

The subscriber has the option of purchasing hourly and/or emergency work to be ordered separately. these

work performance is ordered only if necessary.

We ask you for an hourly offer for window washes ordered at Espoo Parish Group properties with manual tools (more than 180 cm) and window washes using a hoist device.

Cleaning services are ordered if necessary and the subscriber does not have a purposeful obligation.

The contract is valid 11/2021-2023 (+ 2 option years).

Works ordered under contract are directed at the subscriber's real estate stock. Window washing using handicrafts or hoist equipment is acquired in the churches, chapels and premises of the congregations. For example, hard-to-wash window surfaces in items such as Church 10, Church Corner Thermal Glasses, etc.

Comparing bids uses the cheapest price as a selection criterion.
