The subject of this contract is the professional provision of services: consisting in technical, administrative and financial management, including performing the function of an investor's supervision inspector in accordance with the requirements of the Polish Construction Law for the contract for design, construction and assembly works entitled "Construction of the Thermal Installation for the Transformation of Pre-Processed Municipal Waste (preRDF / RDF) in Suwałki", hereinafter referred to as the Contract for works. In addition, the selected Contractor under this contract under the Service Contract will be obliged to prepare tender documentation for the selection of the General Contractor for the implementation of the project entitled "Construction of the Thermal Installation for the Transformation of Pre-Processed Municipal Waste (preRDF/RDF) in Suwałki" in the "design and build" formula (FIDIC "yellow" contract conditions), participate in the tender procedure along with participation in the work of the committee tender and determination in writing of the estimated value of the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Law for the above-mentioned task. The Contractor shall also be obliged to: 1. to introduce, with the consent of the Ordering Party, the necessary changes and additions to the Functional and Utility Programme for the implementation of the investment of the Contract for works entitled "Construction of the Thermal Installation for the Transformation of Pre-Processed Municipal Waste (preRDF/RDF) in Suwałki – design, construction and assembly works" in the "design and build" formula (FIDIC "yellow" contractual conditions) required to select the Contractor for works; 2. obtain the necessary information to prepare the Functional and Utility Program on behalf of the Ordering Party, i.e. conditions and other information regarding the connection / collision of technical, sanitary and power installations. The project entitled: "Construction of the Thermal Treatment Installation for Pre-Processed Municipal Waste (preRDF/RDF) in Suwałki" is co-financed from the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management from the Modernization Fund under the Priority Programme No. 2.1.3 "Rational waste management Part 3) Use of alternative fuels for energy purposes."
