Granting and servicing a long-term loan up to PLN 6,149,644.71 (in words: six million one hundred and forty-nine thousand six hundred and forty-four zlotys 71/100) to finance the planned budget deficit in 2022 for a period of 12 years with repayment in accordance with the payment schedule attached to the SWZ

Granting a loan up to PLN 6,149,644.71 (in words: six million one hundred and forty-nine thousand six hundred and forty-four zlotys 71/100). Loan period: from the date of signing the loan agreement to 20.12.2034 or until the date of settling all obligations under the contract.

The Contractor shall place the credit funds at the disposal of the Ordering Party:

– in the period: at the earliest from the date of signing the contract, and at the latest by 22.12.2022.

– in tranches, depending on the borrower's needs on the basis of written needs submitted by the Ordering Party sent by fax or e-mail for the next tranche, within 3 days before launch, without submitting separate loan applications.

– the loan will be activated without cash by transfer to the ordering party's account indicated in the contract

Interest on the loan is repayable on a quarterly basis.

The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of charging other commissions and fees, including in particular for:

- early repayment of the loan,

- non-use of part of the credit granted,

- changes in the terms of the concluded contract,

and others not listed.
