Limanowa Commune covers an area of 152 km2, 23 villages. It stretches meridianally over 40 kilometers. Number of households (as at 31.07.2022) - 6653 Number of persons from declarations (as at 31.07.2022) - 22299 Collection, export and management of waste should take place in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) and other implementing regulations regarding municipal waste. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of non-segregated municipal solid waste and segregated waste from inhabited and uninhabited real estate from the Limanowa Commune in the amount of approx. 4,100 Mg in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. In particular, the following fractions of waste shall be collected and disposed of: 1. Bags of blue colour bearing the inscription 'Paper', which includes paper waste including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard; 2. Bags of green colour bearing the inscription 'Glass', which includes glass waste, including glass packaging waste; 3. Bags of yellow colour bearing the inscription 'Metals and plastics', which includes waste of metals including packaging of metals, plastic waste including plastic packaging waste and multi-material waste; 4. Brown bags with the inscription "Bio", which includes biodegradable waste with particular emphasis on bio-waste; 5. Black bags consisting of sorting residues or unsegregated (mixed municipal waste)

Collection and management of non-segregated and segregated municipal waste collected in plastic bags from real estate inhabited in the Limanowa Commune from the following towns: Bałażówka, Kanina, Kisielówka, Kłodne, Koszary, Lipowe, Łososina Górna, Makowica, Męcina, Młynne, Mordarka, Nowe Rybie, Pasierbiec, Pisarzowa, Rupniów, Siekierczyna I, Siekierczyna II, Sowliny, Stara Wieś I, Stara Wieś II, Stare Rybie, Walowa Góra, High. Cleaning the area at the place of waste collection in the event of its pollution due to weather conditions, e.g. wind, others: eg. interference of animals, due to the fault of the contractor, e.g. during loading. 2. Collection and development from uninhabited real estate accumulated in plastic bags and containers located in workplaces, commercial and service points, schools, institutions and other entities that have submitted declarations. Cleaning the area at the place of waste collection in case of its contamination. 3. Collection and management of waste collected in street bins at public transport stops – cleaning of bus shelters. 4. Frequency of collection: From owners of inhabited property and from owners of uninhabited land. 1) containers (bags) of black, yellow and brown color: twice a month 2) containers (bags) of blue, green color: once a month 3) waste with codes: 17 01 07 – mixed waste from concrete, brick rubble, waste materials ceramics and equipment other than those mentioned in 170106* 20 01 31* cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs and 200132 medicines other than those mentioned in 200131* and packaging, 20 03 07 - bulky waste, 20 01 36 - waste electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 200121, 200123, 200135, 20 01 27* - paints, inks, printing inks, adhesives, binders, and resins containing hazardous substances and packaging, 20 01 28 - paints, inks, printing inks, adhesives, binders and resins other than those mentioned in 200127* and packaging, 16 01 03 - used household tyres from passenger cars, bicycles, motorcycles not of business and/or agricultural origin), 17 03 80 - waste roofing felt, 17 06 04 - insulation materials other than those mentioned in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03, 20 01 10 – clothing, 20 01 11 – textiles – at least 2 times a year. A detailed export schedule is annexed to SWZ 5. Equipment on the basis of lending in containers - schools and public utility units at least 3 containers for segregated waste of capacity. Min. 240l/facility and 1 container for non-segregated waste (sorting residues) 1100l/facility 6. Deadline for the execution of the contract in point 5 to 04.01.2023 7. The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected and managed shall be given in an annex to the description annexed to the SWZ. 8. The amount of waste generated in the Limanowa municipality is not dependent on the Ordering Party. The agreed quantities are estimates and may be changed according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party, taking into account the amount of waste generated by the owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate. The amount of municipal waste given above is an indicative amount.9. Settlement for the performance of the service will take place with monthly interim invoices for the service rendered in arrears. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the annex to the SWZ.
