The Rheinhessen specialist clinic Alzey is a treatment center for psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychosomatics, children and Adolescent psychiatry and neurology sponsored by the Rhineland-Palatinate State Hospital (AöR).

In neurology (Wilhelm-Griesinger-Haus) there is currently a surface deficit of approx. 2,220 m 2nd NUF before. To create additional space, an extension is planned in the area of today's main entrance to the Wilhelm-Griesinger-Haus. Further areas are to be created through conversions in existing buildings, which are also the subject of this award procedure.

The planning services for buildings, outdoor facilities and technical equipment are available up to service phase 2. The HU-Bau is to be presented in September 2020.

The further planning services are now to be assigned in batches.

The subject of this lot 03 are the technical engineering services according to. Section 55 HOAI 2013, namely system groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8.

The performance phases 3-9 are advertised according to Section 55 HOAI 2013, analgesic groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 as well as special services.

The awarding agency intends to award these planning services in stages.

In service level 1, service phases 3 to 4 according to HOAI 2013 and the special services required in these phases are to be commissioned.

In performance level 2, the awarding authority intends to award service phases 5 to 9 in accordance with HOAI 2013 and the special services required in these phases.
