Plus Dane Housing Ltd is seeking tenders from contractors for the provision of a drainage repairs and maintenance service, including out of hours cover for emergency works. Repairs will be carried out inside tenanted properties, to the communal areas, to estate roads and paths, or to communal services and facilities.

The contractor must be capable of providing a 24 hours a day, 365 days a year service with the ability to attend in a timely manner, clear drain blockages and deal with urgent drainage related matters during these times.
